1966 JAGUAR GREY
This JAGUAR MK2 is my pride and joy. It turns heads where ever it goes.
I have driven this Jaguar all over the UK and France it runs like a dream. Probably one of the best examples of a Mark 2 , 2.4 in the country.
Unfortunately I have to sell this lovely classic as I have moved house and no longer have a garage to house it. I can't bear the thought of this lovely car standing outside in the UK winter.
I have been using this car for weddings as I have a chauffeur business and have nothing but good comments from everyone that has been driven in the car.
The car comes with a lot of history from when it was first registered in 1966. There are details of the car being shipped to the US and back again to the UK, receipts and photos of the restoration from the 1990s to 2009. This includes photos of the car in a barn covered with rust and hay, certainly doesn't look like the car it is today!
Over £40,000 has been spend to make sure this car is mechanically sound, reliable and looks wonderful.
I have been told by classic car magazine experts that this car is GRADE A - just a little off concourse condition.
All the interior has been professionally refurbished in red leather, which sets off the dark blue exterior to a tee.
The instrument panel is original and all working. A new CD/radio was fitted in 2008. Mileage: 72,000 from new and I believe this mileage to be true.
Other items to note: Sold with a full year's MOT: Crome wire wheels : Overdrive working faultlessly
The car is DARK BLUE in colour. The original colour was grey and this is still on the registration document. I am in the process of getting this corrected.
Viewing strongly recommended. This car is not to be missed if you are looking for a true classic which you will love to drive and everyone else will admire.

This is the last time this car will be up for auction on eBay.
Just so everyone knows this car has had a ground up nut and bolt restoration. Completely stripped to the chassis and professionally resprayed inside and out. Photos to prove all stages of work carried out.
Believe me when I say, you will not find a better 2.4 MK2 on the market today, for this money. This is a bargain !!!
