to use as a sunday vehicle due to another addition to the family. | Sadly this Jaguar has no MOT and Tax as it has been sorn since the MOT ran out in September 2010 due to the purchace of a Jaguar X Type AWD which is not as comfey ride compaired to the Sovereign. However since sorn the engine has been turned over each month and moved periodically up and down our drive with no problems. | This jaguar has the 4 litre straight six engine which starts first time every time and also has the following:- | Electric seats, electric windows (all working and not slow), electric front seat head rests, electric memory seat positions, electric arial, cruise, control, original jaguar alarm / immobiliser, 6 cd interchanger and as you can see in the picture the origional complete set of tools under the bonnet amongst many other jaguar sovereign features. | I have all MOT certificates form September 2004 with recorded mileage 72786 to MOT certificate ending September 2010 with recorded mileage 103324. Since then as mentioned above this Sovereign has now been sorn off road so the winning bidder will / may have to trailer it away. | This Jaguar Sovereign is nearly 17 years old so as you would expect there is the odd rust patch / bubble the worst being around the wheel arches hence photo. The interior is not as clean as it looks in the photos and on the drivers seat there is a scuff to the right side which has been caused by getting in and out of the vehicle. Due to sorn the battery is now flat but starts first time by jump leads. The tyres go down over period of time but all have good tread (just need re-sealing). The air conditioning has never worked since I have owned the vehicle. Some yob has also scratched the bonnet hence photo. | To round up I have owned this Jagaur Sovereign for over 6 years which drives very smooth with no clunck from the gear box. It was my intention to use the Jag as a Sunday car but I don`t have the time and money. There is the odd rust patch around the vehicle but looks only surface rust apart from the two rear wheel arches hence photo. Since then (current mileage just over 81k) it has been kept ‘in the manner to which it had become accustomed’ with regular servicing and maintenance performed by Jaguar specialist garage J-Cat in Norwich. This car has full service history by Jaguar upto 106,000 miles and is now 116,952 miles on the clock and for an 20 year old jaguar thats only a little over 5,800 miles a year so its half the average yearly mileage and nothing at all for a Jaguar . It drives all A1 with a very responsive engine and smooth gear change . Its got Full leather interior , central locking , power steering , electric windows , electric mirrors , electric ariel , trip computer , cruise control , 17" 5 star alloy wheels , good tyres all round . The chrome is all good and shines up nice plus the headlining is all good . Its got little leapers on the alloys plus on the mirrors and it also has leapers on the bottom of wings etc and a big 1 on the back window . Its got full service history plus there is a few old mots here plus print outs of all previous mot history . It drives A1 with a beautiful engine and smooth gearbox . Its attended shows & runs / rally`s all over the country and will still attend shows etc until sold so look out for it . I`m not desperate to sell it It`s just I fancied a change but if not sold then I am happy to keep it and continue doing shows with it for now.
